Born and raised in Howard County, Maryland, Rob brings more than 20 years of real estate expertise to Lotta Properties. With a passion for revitalizing communities, he views every renovation as an opportunity to create homes where families can truly thrive. His eye for detail and commitment to quality have helped establish LOTTA Properties as a trusted name for delivering houses that blend modern updates with lasting value.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys traveling, staying active through fitness and outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
Matt Lancelotta | Co-founder
Matthew is a third-generation real estate professional with deep roots in Maryland’s property market, carrying forward a family tradition that began with his grandfather’s pioneering work in 1939.
With more than two decades of experience, Matthew specializes in revitalizing homes across Maryland. He transforms dated properties into modern, functional spaces, with expertise ranging from full-scale remodels to kitchen and bathroom upgrades and custom design solutions. His work blends skilled craftsmanship with a keen appreciation for local architectural character.
Outside of real estate, Matthew enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, supporting their various sporting endeavors, and spending time on the golf course or tennis court.
